Here are two different stories on a drought-tolerant garden designed by Echo Landscape Design in Sherman Oaks. The front and back lawns were removed from this corner lot to make way for more water-efficient, and much more interesting, plants. The owners also took advantage of a DWP rebate and received $1 for every square foot of grass that was removed from the yard.
